Residential Villas
Abu Dhabi, UAE
The project.
REKAZ’s residential villa work spans courtyard houses, developer-led residences and renewal programmes across Abu Dhabi. The collection includes formal stone façades and contemporary residences, with living spaces and gardens shaped around daily family use.
Each villa programme is presented in its own subsection with its approved description and photography; the villa projects are no longer shown as separate public cards.

Each programme with its own photographyYas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Developed for a private client on Yas Island, this contemporary villa concept balances privacy with a strong connection to its courtyard and garden.
Warm stone, shaded glazing and timber are composed with carefully proportioned overhangs that add depth while responding to Abu Dhabi’s climate. The images present the proposed design vision and do not document a completed building.
