The project.
The Al Dana and Al Dahma schools project addresses the relationship between the learning environment and its building services. The brief includes replacement of existing air-conditioning with VRF systems, enclosure and conditioning of internal corridors, and fabric shading with air-conditioning for the outdoor yards.
Ceilings, flooring and painted finishes form part of the refurbishment, together with replacing selected paving with rubber flooring. The project scope brings civil, mechanical and electrical requirements together so that the spatial upgrades and service changes can be considered as one coordinated package.
