The project.
The Al Shawamekh Community Hub brings a broader range of everyday facilities into the service-station setting. Its brief includes six quick-service restaurant buildings, a convenience store, prayer and waiting facilities, ablution and toilet buildings, together with utility buildings and yards.
The project scope also includes a solar canopy and 12 EV chargers, modifications to the forecourt canopy, an automatic car wash, valet and LPG facilities. Coordinating the architectural, civil, fit-out and building-service interfaces with circulation, shaded seating, play areas and landscape is central to the project’s integrated presentation.
