The project.
The Al Shamkha project combines supermarket retail and food outlets with the supporting facilities of an ADNOC Distribution service-station setting. The brief includes a Lulu supermarket building, five quick-service restaurant buildings, a convenience store and waiting room.
Utility buildings and yards, an EV canopy, signage, waste facilities and outdoor furniture sit alongside circulation, paving, landscape and irrigation. The scope requires architectural, civil, fit-out and building-services coordination, with authority approval requirements addressed as part of the documented project interfaces.
