The project.
The Al Riyadh project brings a Lulu supermarket building, two quick-service restaurant buildings and a tunnel car wash into one service-station facilities scope. Waiting spaces and an EV canopy complement the retail and vehicle-service uses.
The brief also includes new utility buildings and yards, external circulation and pathways, landscape and irrigation. Coordinating the civil, architectural, fit-out, mechanical and electrical requirements helps establish clear interfaces between the individual facilities and the wider site, including the stated authority requirements.
